In the current context of Venezuela, social entrepreneurship presents itself as a valuable alternative for addressing social and economic difficulties. The objective is to design a social entrepreneurship programme aimed at the adult population in the Venezuelan context. A feasible project was chosen as the modality, which allows for the design and planning of a concrete proposal that responds to the real needs of the Venezuelan adult population in terms of social entrepreneurship, combined with hermeneutic reflection as a methodological basis, which allowed for a critical and contextualised analysis of a total of 27 scientific articles. The programme designed responds to these needs through a comprehensive approach adapted to the Venezuelan reality, structured in modules that address everything from motivation and practical training to leadership, innovation, self-management and the prevention of common obstacles.
