Conflict of interest

The authors of a manuscript, the editors of the journal that receives it, and its reviewers must disclose any conflict of interest that may influence the manuscript or its review and approval. If authors declare a conflict of interest, this must be reported to the journal's editor. Similarly, those invited to review a manuscript should excuse themselves from doing so if they have a conflict of interest with the authors or the subject matter. The journal guarantees that the most suitable reviewers will be selected, also in terms of thematic and academic compatibility.

In case of controversy, Revista Transcendencia Investigativa (RTI) commits to resolving these cases and will take the most appropriate measures to identify and prevent the publication of articles in which research misconduct has occurred. Under no circumstances will Revista Transcendencia Investigativa (RTI) encourage such improper conduct, nor knowingly allow such conduct to occur.

If the editor or editors of the journal become aware of any allegation of research misconduct, the editor will address the complaints, retracting or correcting articles when necessary. Corrections, clarifications, retractions, and apologies will be published when needed.

To resolve disputes, Revista Transcendencia Investigativa (RTI) adheres to the guidelines of COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics).
