Contemporary educational management faces the challenge of integrating organisational efficiency with human sensitivity, especially in contexts of constant change. The research objective is to generate an emerging theoretical contribution from hermeneutic reflection to promote the epistemic foundations of educational management from biovirtuosity in Venezuelan educational environments. A hermeneutic reflection was carried out based on Havard's book (2015) on virtuous leadership in conjunction with the ontological relationship between the researcher and teaching practice from the perspective of educational management. This leadership model, based on principles such as justice, prudence and temperance, seeks to create an inclusive and ethical educational environment focused on the well-being of all stakeholders.
