The objective of this study was to design management strategies for optimising the quality and efficiency of teaching performance at the San José de Guatire school, located in the state of Miranda, Venezuela. A quantitative, descriptive, field methodology was used, with a sample of 15 teachers. The data were collected through a structured survey and analysed using descriptive statistics. The results show that most teachers perceive management strategies positively, highlighting their impact on organisational culture (67%) and the effectiveness of teacher performance evaluation. The conclusion indicates that a transformational management approach, integrating knowledge management, formative evaluation and technology, is essential to improve teacher performance and educational quality. Likewise, decision-making consistency and participatory leadership are essential to create a dynamic and sustainable educational environment.
