The research article examines the impact of digital platforms on Ecuadorian education during the COVID-19 health emergency. The digital transformation promoted the adoption of tools such as Google Classroom, creating interactive, flexible and collaborative learning environments. The objective was to analyse the impact of digital platforms on Ecuadorian learning. A phenomenological approach was applied and semi-structured interviews were conducted with nine teachers, allowing for the capture of challenges, adaptation strategies and self-learning processes. The results show a notable transformation in educational practice, highlighting immediate feedback, efficient management of activities and the promotion of collaborative work. In conclusion, the incorporation of digital platforms not only ensured the continuity of the training process in times of crisis, but also strengthened digital and pedagogical skills, opening up new perspectives in today's education.
