Habilidades y estrategias gerenciales de la función directiva para la optimización de contextos educativos [Management skills and strategies for optimising educational contexts]

Resumen

Se tiene por objetivo analizar las habilidades y estrategias gerenciales de la función directiva necesarias para optimizar contextos educativos en Venezuela. Se realizó un análisis sistemático de 25 documentos científicos publicados entre 2020-2025, aplicando análisis de contenido documental. Se identificaron habilidades gerenciales esenciales (técnicas, humanas y conceptuales) y estrategias efectivas en cuatro ámbitos: gestión institucional (planificación estratégica, liderazgo distribuido), gestión pedagógica (acompañamiento docente, optimización de recursos de aprendizaje), gestión de recursos (diversificación de financiamiento, optimización de infraestructura) y gestión comunitaria (fortalecimiento de vínculos escuela-comunidad, creación de redes colaborativas). La optimización educativa en Venezuela requiere directivos con habilidades gerenciales integrales capaces de implementar estrategias contextualizadas en planificación, liderazgo transformacional, gestión eficiente de recursos y evaluación sistemática.
